People who ignore or disobey rules and standards: Unfairness, irresponsibility. Things being done the wrong way. When someone unjustly criticizes me.
People who are not caring or don’t support me or others: When I do things for people and I am not appreciated and recognized for it. When people forget my birthday or what I have done for them.
People who are incompetence, inefficient and can’t make a decision: When there are obstacles in my way. Anyone or anything that threatens or obstructs the successful achievement of my goals.
People who disappoint me, let me down, or leave me: Being slighted, rejected, or abandoned. Feeling misunderstood. When people act phony or insincere. Not being treated as the special or unique person I am.
People who are too demanding and emotional: When someone challenges my facts as being incorrect. People who intrude on me and my privacy. Emotional and irrational behavior.
People who corner me, control or pressure me to do something; Authorities who are dishonest and deceitful. People who are untrustworthy. Betrayal. People I can’t count on and who are unresponsive to me.
People who are stuck, unhappy, and depressed: Constraints or limits that prevent me from getting what I want. People who complain and want to put the blame on others. Anything or one that attempts to drag me down.
People who won’t stand up for themselves: Deceit and injustice. Manipulation. Others not responding to me or to what has to be done. Boundaries or rules that are unjust or too constraining. Attempts to control me.
People who want to force me into making a decision: Conflict. People who are selfish and negative. Being treated as unimportant and insignificant. That what I have to say does not matter, not being heard.
